Assumptions

Orbit DB in-browser is only be used for data consumption
Ignore current SSEMMI API factors contributing to performance issues

Questions that came up when we were discussing this during planning sessions:

What are our options for using Orbit DB in browser and maintaining acceptable performance? (Ie progressive loads)
What is a small vs large dataset (and hence when Orbit DB in browser won't be feasible)
