Scott doesn't have permission to create new Project for Typehuman. Does Ali?

If not, should we fork and bring into https://github.com/salish-sea ?

Yesterday, @aalaydrus and I decided to maintain maximum administrative flexibility by managing the Acartia project in the salish-sea organization going forward (specifically, this 2023 Acartia project). Thus, I will close this issue and continue transferring and re-prioritizing issues from this repo to salish-sea/acartia.
