Trimming error #63

its my first time using this... I have no idea what to do... I'm on Aegisub 9530-cibuilds-79a0655eb. any help would be appreciated.

other times I just get "Encoding error: If there is no log before this, your encoder is not a working executable or your encoding command is invalid."
