Is there provision for running as arbitrary user ? #22

Hello, this is more a question than a request now : is it possible for this to run as an arbitrary user on the Docker host ? i.e. I would like to run everything as user 1047, group 65545. Can I define these in the docker-compose.yml file ? Or/and maybe through some environment variables ? Thanks for your help !

That is in my plans, but not currently implemented
