Add mongo-tools package for mongodump tool #8

Adds the mongo-tools package which includes the mongodump tool, fixing issue #4, and assisting those of us who'd like use this container alongside a mongodb container, ex issue #2

Thanks for the commit! I haven't used MongoDB in meshcentral before. Is there any suggested settings that should be set by default? @originaljay

Hey, thanks for accepting my commit! The example given by @myllgr in #2 is sufficient for meshcentral. You can also set up authentication if desired (there is none by default). Mongo's dockerhub page goes into some detail on this.
