Thumbnail of a gallery is deleted although changes are not saved

Steps:

  1. Log in user admin
  2. Navigate to a galleries.
  3. Edit a gallery with submitted thumbnail image.
  4. Delete the image but don't save the changes.
  5. Returns to Galleries- the thumbnail is deleted.
