Gazetteer review

Favicon and title. Display whole country on load. Use Leaflet map.fitBounds() to fit border to screen. Sort country names alphabetically in select. Requires better presentation of data - weather particularly. Format all dates and numbers. All links should be presented as such and open in new tabs. Markers evenly distributed across the country with informative popups.
