We should probably handle the last 3 versions of Kubernetes to avoid: version difference between client and server exceeds the supported minor version skew of +/- 1

Ideally we shouldn't triple the tags :grimacing:

Can you just bump it to say 1.24? 1.21 is pretty long in the tooth now and it's not any worse than the way it is now.
