Support AWS EKS #97

As per title.

Need to pass in:

  1. source.aws_cluster_auth (bool)
  2. source.aws_access_key_id
  3. source.aws_secret_access_key
  4. source.aws_region
  5. source.aws_cluster_name

Also adding some other fixes like:

@Typositoire Bump, can we get this reviewed please 🙏 . I also saw https://github.com/Typositoire/concourse-helm3-resource/issues/102, and I'm happy to help maintain this repo. Would be great to get a couple more maintainers too!
