Removed PolySharp package and replaced with Polyfill - The outdated PolySharp package has been replaced with the newer and improved Polyfill package.
Deleted unneeded files - Two unnecessary files have been removed due to the package upgrade.

By the way, earlier this week I was trying to contribute some polyfills and got a bit confused by what's the recommended approach for that. Where should the tests go, etc. (there are 3 projects)?
