I would advise uninstalling and reinstalling .NET Runtime. If you uninstall it and try to run LightBulb, it should attempt to install it automatically. Looks like BSOD corrupted something in your system. If that doesn't help, you may want to reinstall Windows altogether for good measure, as there may be some other corrupted files too.

My pc crashed (BSOD) and after restarting it, I couldn't opne Lightbulb anymore. I tried reinstalling it, using the zip file, running it as administrator, but nothing helped.
