Platform

Windows 10

Steps to reproduce

Unplug a monitor
Start LightBulb, and ensure gamma adjustment is active
Plug in the monitor

Details

Expected behavior: The filter is activated on the new monitor.

Actual results: The filter is inactive, until a configuration change is made.

Note: Gamma Polling doesn't seem to fix this issue.
