I reported this issue to the mod author for Frontier Economy mod as well, but I thought you might want to see this error. When using the Essentials automated restarts and the Frontier economy mod, SE Server Extender crashes every time it restarts the server automatically. The error shown in the console is below. I know this is an issue more on that mod's side than yours, but perhaps you could take a look and come up with a solution if that mod's author can't.
Unhandled Exception: System.ObjectDisposedException: Cannot access a closed file.
