Clients cannot use welder tool

Hello,

Whenever I start the server it wont allow me or any player to use the welder tool, It works fine using the vanilla Dedicated server, but with SE it wont work. Otherwise it starts up perfectly and runs smooth as a kittens purr.

Any ideas what's causing this?

Weird, I makes me believe that i might have something to do with my server, Win 2012 R2 X64.... It seems that all hand-tools are effected for others, me my self I can use the grinder. But when i got the Welder in the toolbar, and try to "use" it, the icon flashes and nothing happens...

And there is connection problem, I seem to be connected and everything I do is saved... No error messages at all other then that added above, but i might have been since last start as it crashed upon exit.

Note, i have tried with a new map, same issue. Which .net framework version is required?

This uses 4.0. Please make sure you're up to date on your .net though. That is usually the cause of the weirdness.

Its a server, there is no install, just the dedicated server folder, tried a new copy, also tried a new map. Still nope :-/

Hi, I have this issue too. Heard it can be something with czech localization, but cannot approve it as im using english one. My .NET is 4.5.1 RC and i can see there is also .NET 4.5 CSY language pack.
