Information times #39

Can a global time option or setting be added for information items.

Currently I have 4 or so information items, some of which I would actually like separated, but with the amount of chat spam as it is I do not. The problem is that if I have one set to 900, another set at 1800 for example. During the time the second one runs the first will also have its time ran. If trying to offset the times this ends up with the server constantly spamming the chat.

A global setting would allow for us to set a time say 900, and thus have it display one item on the list every 5 minutes, and work its way down the list for example.

So maybe a global information time field, and then a check-box on each information item to use global times? else we can leave the global time unchecked and use the current system for those that like it as it is.
