System.NotSupportedException: An attempt was made [...] #4

Tried to install the plugin but I'm getting an error about that the CAS policy is not enabled by default.

Is that caused by me, because of a wrong configuration or something?

OS: Win 10 AdiIRC 2.9 64 bit AdiIRC-Twitch v6

Problem solved, had to right click the Twitch @ AdiIRC.dll and then click on unblock.
