Live stream dead after sleep when record enabled #2

After adding the external path to a USB drive on the pi_webrtc command line, I noticed after the Android phone goes to sleep, when awakened the Live stream no longer displays an image. The play button goes from an arrow to a square box as though it is displaying a stream but the screen is black. Without the --record_path=/mnt/ext_disk/video in the pi_webrtc this problem does not exist. With the external drive installed, on first boot and Live view, the stream is recorded in 60 second mpeg4 files. Also noticed, with external drive connected and Live stream was black, in file explorer on the RPi5 there was a new recording that was increasing in size very slowly. In VLC the file opened but played for less than 1 second and nothing was displayed. After closing VLC the file continued to increase in size by a few hundred kBytes per minute. I removed the record option from the /etc/systemd/system/pi-webrtc.service file and rebooted and pi_webrtc started working correctly without access to record option but the stream would start after the phone when to sleep.

Thank you for your reports. Do you update to the latest version of the app? I found the black screen as well and fixed it few week ago. The mp4 file can't play if it's recording and not finish yet. As for other recording issues, I only tested recorder with the --use_camera flag on pi 4b, I'll check it out on pi 5.
