Using a subfolder in doorstop_config.ini breaks some Windows setups #3

While helping people debug their non-working setup, I encountered the following:

and launching the game as modded via r2modman would never load UnityDoorstop/BepInEx.

After diagnosis, it turns out their UD broke when dllSearchPathOverride was pointing to a subfolder (any path with a backslash in it). Moving the core_lib next to doorstop_config.ini fixed it.

In the next version of the Full pack (release this weekend), to avoiding wasting time diving into what could be a deep pit, we've just moved it up one level.

UnityDoorstop deemed this a "wontfix", so we just moved it out of the subfolder.
