Can you try out the new https://github.com/U-C-S/Hurl/releases/tag/v0.9.0 version and see if you still experience this error ?

Error no more, will try to use later image

manually added browsers in UserSettings, no logo of Arc browser :(

Known issue. I am yet to take a look on how Arc handles icons or UWP-like apps in general.
