export report with options used #18

add a variable export = TRUE/FALSE. if TRUE, export the grid_all plus the options used in input, in a file (list?) . use incremental numbers for the running versions or explicitly in file/folder name

grid_all_geo
grid_all (st_drop_geom)
inputs
siteselection candidates

exclude in gitignore (analysis/)
