It should be easier for reproducibility to ask for the city limit polygon (stored somewhere), or to draw a polygon in https://geojson.io/ and save as/somewhere/CITYlimit.geojson, or even in/database/CITY/CITYlimit.geojson
You would still need to give a name to the case study (for GTSF fetch? and dir names) as CITY.
