Heads-up @temospena, here's a draft email to attendees:

Dear Cycling Potential Hackathon participant,

We look forward to meeting you (on Zoom at least) next Friday!

This message provides a few additional details beyond those described on the hackathon's home page (note we now have a finalised agenda which provides more time for you to pitch your topic ideas: https://github.com/U-Shift/cyclingpotential-hack#agenda ) and a few actions that you can do do now and over the coming weeks.

Actions you should take take now:

Actions you should take over the coming week:

We'll be using Zoom for the hackathon so make sure you've got that working and that your audio-visual technologies are in good working order. We're excited to host you all in the worlds first virtual cycling potential hackathon. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask by emailing rosamfelix@tecnico.ulisboa.pt or r.lovelace@leeds.ac.uk or, ideally, by asking on the issue tracker to get communications going before the event: https://github.com/U-Shift/cyclingpotential-hack/issues

All the best,

Rosa and Robin
