Regarding the license change #1

You aren't allowed to remove the license for what ever reason, but you can sub-license it. I suggest you add the old license back in.

I have no idea about license, but My GPSL is permissive license, so Nothing different with MIT. However for notes, I'll add old license to license document. Then all terms in MIT and GPSL will be applied.
