Feature: Add an external URL to a form. This should be an optional field on the BBCodeFormType called postLink.
You can add/edit the external URL on the first step of creating a new form.
If a link exists on a form, then it should display in two places: On the form in the Form List ("My Forms") page, and near the generate BB Code button when viewing a form
