1 Exclude .idea and .vscode from gitignore file
2 Run project in both webstorm and vscode with no special settings (clear and just installed)
3 Conspect all actions and save minimal IDE settings
4 push it and then add IDE settings folders back to gitignore to keep project unopinionated with settings
