Describe the feature

Currently we are only capable of updating a rule's priority, however we would like to also be capable of editing the rule's options to our hearts content.

Use Case

I want to be capable of editing a rule after it has been created.

Proposed Solution

Call API to get information about selected rule and then fill all fields that have been returned.
