Describe the feature

This feature makes so that when resizing widgets they will snap to other widgets. This is feature also aims to fix the problem when resizing the widget can get out of frame.

Proposed Solution

Check if the resize is close to edge of other widget and snap to that. Check if the resize gets out of frame and lock in the edge of frame.
