Fix endpoints in monitors page

Closes #55

Changes

• Changed Portals folder organisation
• Implemented in page monitors the pending modal
• upadated the page monitors to the new atributes of monitors

Description of changes

Portals

• Before, they were all in one component and were decided by the argument sent to the component.
• Now each Modal is a component separated from the others

Pending Modal

• Pending modal now its working when a monitor is accept it is removed from list of pending, then the list is re-updated with backend to assure responsiveness in frontend

Everything is working and dev was merged in this branch
