Create Newbie Challenge #14

Description

We need to create a set of programming and mech challenges to catch the Fall newbies up with what we are doing w/ VEX. There should be 5-8 challenges that take a max of 3 hours to complete. The challenges should encourage newbies to problem solve and collaborate with other members of the team.

There also needs to be a corresponding set of answers/guides (that we won't give the newbies) which will be used for documentation purposes.

This task is considered done once we have a full set of programming and mech challenges w/ answer solutions.

Finished the vex and general programming challenges. Still working on the solutions

On 7/24 met with Jet and Micah to discuss mech Newbie Challenges. Jet will organize the catapult one and Micah will get the CAD/3D printing ones prepared.
