USER/AUTO DRIVE: Intake/Launching #2

Description

Update the parent Drive class to work with the intake/launch system. Then add UserDrive and AutoDrive intake/launch functions so the system can be controlled with a controller and during the auto period. This should be super easy to convert from the VexU-Spinup-VexCode repo.
