Hide system generated tags #32

Because we don't want the user to go to the Joomla generated tag page, we'll hide all tags that are pre generated and hard code links in their place. These links with share the tag's style, but will point to a custom page where we'll pull the articles by tag.

This will give us more control over how these pages look

I'm going to ask webcomm to set the default setting for "show tags" to no so that this will update globally without needing a hack on the css side to hide them.
