toc data is encrypted(not readable)!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. get encrypted pdf .
2.decrypt it and then 
3.open in ebookdroid application.
4.pdf opens properly . but  for some pdf ,its toc data is encrypted(not 
readable)for example => " Ã˘á…µõÉ Ý·5~°[ûÐ⁄_Áì3‘ 
_«ý˛¥ŁÖ˝Êfi $îîñ×pÐ
EôÙ§:ˆJÕá— |E¡‡$ ïÙKà". 

What is the expected output? ==>> toc data should be readable .

What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? =>latest

On what operating system? android

What device are you using? Asus 10' ,android 4.04 

Please provide any additional information below.

I do not understand step 2: how to decrypt?

EBookDroid do not support encrypted PDFs. If you decrypt it with some third 
party software then ask maintainers of that software to fully decrypt files.

 1: I am decrypting pdf by code,
 2: then saving in a file abc.pdf . 
 3: now open with ebookdroid app.
 4: pdf is opening properly but toc is not readable .
 5:  while abc.pdf's toc is coming proper in desktop adobe pdf reader .
