Text selection not working #545

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Long press on a word

What is the expected output?
Activate text selection tool

What do you see instead?
Nothing

What version of the product are you using?
2.0

On what operating system?
Stock Android 4.1.2 (Galaxy S3 international version) / Stock Android 4.2.2 
(Nexus 7 3G)

What device are you using?
Galaxy S3 international version / Nexus 7 3G

Please provide any additional information below.
I am somewhat new to ebookdroid and tried everything I thought of to make this 
feature work but I do not know what I am doing wrong. Is there a bug or 
something? Other than his issue (that a need a lot) this app is just wonderful. 
I will rate it 5 stars as soon as I get this right! :-) Keep up the excellent 
work!

1. Enable text selections in All Settings/Supported instruments
2. Long press
3. Select "Text" on action bar.
4. Move selection as you wish
5. Press "Copy", "Translate" or smth else on action bar.

It works wonderfully and is very simple to activate. I browsed several options 
but I guess I missed that one! :-) I even managed to make it work with Fora 
offline dictionary. Now I just have one of the best android apps ever! As a 
newbie on ebookdroid, I thought that text selection was active by default, so I 
suggest to make it as default or have some tips in Google Play or FAQ (I read 
it but I did not find how to activate). Thank you very much for such quick 
answer. I am going to rate 5 stars right now! :-)))

It will be activated by default in some next version when we find all bugs in 
implementation.
