Corresponding author can be filled with "nan" when no response recorded for Q6 in Qualtrics survey #16

When creating the readme for the following deposit, in which "N/A" appears as the value for each field of Q6 in the Deposit Agreement Qualtrics survey, the ReDATA Readme Tool generated a file with "nan" as the value for Corresponding Author.

I think this issue belongs in LD-Cool-P and not ReM. I think the best way to solve this is to require the Corresponding Author information on the Qualtrics form.
