Unable to download env feature and lang feature #10

Hi Previously i was able to download the files for environment and language features but now the site says Sorry, the file you requested doesn't exist.

Check that you have the correct URL and that the file exists.

I updated the link. The link seemed to be expired due to the Google drive setting.
