The availability of vehicles for rent in special events like, tours, caring of cargo for part time, funeral, wedding ceremonies has been a challenging factor in our country leading to people loosing time and money in nding the drivers, owners of the vehicle they want through brokers, in their occasions which
lead them meeting some dificulties on achieving their goals on time. The main objective of this project is to make a web based system which will lead to simplifying nding of speci c online and contacting direct to owner and drivers so as to easy and overcome manual process of nding vehicles, whereby the vehicles, drivers and owners will be registered to the system with all the basic information that will be needed by the customer during process of renting. This system will be developed using HTML language for front end together with MySQL use for database and PHP for connecting front and end of the system which will provide good electronic data entry, validation con rmation and updating also well and guaranteed interaction between the users. In concluding, this system will be good to be developed to carry out the processes getting the speci c types of vehicles quickly, which is not possible with the manuals systems, so as to ensure reliable time management, money saving and improvement in those activities which is hard and tough to be performed by manual ways.
