Remove vertical GPS accuracy #17

I wonder if we should not split this in two again, because it contains two moves:

We may see objections for one of those moves but not the other.

I'd like to comment my thoughts behind changes.

  1. Removing vertical accuracy is possible when you ask for pressure related altitude as accuracy of sensors now days is usually better than 1m - So in such situation vertical accuracy is not imprtant
  2. For horizontal accuracy you don't need to know that accuracy with big precision when it is big so I propose some kind of progressing scale just to save some space.
