ROS for new Intel Edison image #7

I changed script to work with new Intel Edison image provided by Ardupilot team.

@pladosz thanks for the PR. One question regarding the changes to the README. Is there a reason you remove the Wifi and Locale information? Not required or it's just not clear to you how it would be done with Debian?

Locale is already setup, and wi-fi is covered on arduplane website
