@khushi2201, please add the forgot password link in Sign In form and also design a front-end template for the same.

Should the template only contain enter email or it should also have create and confirm new password option as well?

Sorry, I forgot to mention that. There will be two separate forms. In one there will be only enter email field and in the other, there will be new password and confirm new password fields.
