integrate a Basic Phrases dictionary

Consider producing a Basic Phrases dictionary. This would require a good deal of bandwidth, so it's currently unclear who would be responsible for curating the lexical database.

Here's an initial list of items missing from Itwêwina. Feel free to add more items to this list as you encounter them.

This could also include the ~380 items that are introduced in the first unit of the Cree language course.

One computational approach to get close-ish to this would be to look at the logs and see for most searched phrases.
