Although the symptom is connected with UAlbertaALTLab/morphodict#1177, so fixing it should be done there, the issue with parentheses in wolvengrey should be still addressed.
This is a detail change that Arok had implemented and which I hadn't noticed. Having the (D)
in parentheses means that the possessed form is no longer ostensibly entirely dependent any more, as you can just add suffixes to it. But the stem of that entry certainly is still dependent, so I'm not sure if that N(D)X
p-o-s is a consistent, or the best, designation.
I assume the workaround of removing parenthesis for the importjson is sufficient until a linguist decision is made
While dealing with #119, it was observed that some definitions previously merged were not related any longer. For example, results for
nîtas
used to include entries, for example, fornitaskihkom
,mâsiskânitâs
andnitasiskitân
. These are not included currently. The key problem is that some entries in Wolvengrey have morphed to have part of the POS analysis in parenthesis. For example,
nitaskihkom
has\ps N(D)A-1
andninipîm
has\ps N(D)I-1
. Currently, 20 entries have this format. As a stopgap solution, I will remove the parentheses, but a linguist decision on what to do when these appear is required.
