compare definitions

Write a script that compares two normalized definition strings (see #21) and returns information about their similarity.

• entire strings match = 100% similarity
• entire string of DefA is a substring of DefB = % of words matched; also return direction of the match
• otherwise, return % of words matched; also return direction of match (which definition is longer)
