CW: add homograph number `1` to first homograph #31

Currently, the CW conversion script only adds homograph numbers to homographs other than the first one encountered. For example, if there are two entries with the headword itwêwina, the keys for those two entries will be itwewina and itwewina2. They should be itwewina1 and itwewina2.
