Primary Lacombe sources

These are the scanned sources we have been thinking of using as a default, available at the UAlberta Library:

Indeed, last March I was in discussion with Sharon Farnel from the Library about getting the Lacombe original dictionary scanned again with better resolution and quality - the current scans are about a decade old, and less than optimal.

Requires extensive linguistic work at the source level to be considered for integration at crk-db/. It is currently its own thing at lacombe.altlab.dev, without an FST.
