Rename arpeng.altlab.dev as nihiitono.altlab.dev #1051

Having confirmed this with Andy Cowell, the Arapaho equivalent of words is nihíitono, so we can rename the Arapaho morphodict instance (without accent marking) as: nihiitono.altlab.dev
