What's in this PR:

• preverbs don't rely on altlabel.tsv anymore
• you can choose whether you want to see emojis or not
• there are now 3 display modes: English, Linguistic, nehiyawewin
• add dictionary icon
• add support for HTML tables in the linguistic info popup
• addresses #1047
