Orth settings for all languages

The orthography settings should reflect the actual choices for that language, not just the defaults for crk. This needs to be implemented for:

• [x] hdn
• [x] arp
• [x] cwd
• [x] srs

Arp paradigms are having issues so that needs to be resolved before this. I'll open a new issue for it.
