Search regression: wapamew #1177

Production dictionary search includes terms as prefix or postfix of entries. dev dictionary seems to only match exactly. These entries should be reincorporated to the results.

Restart of the container as mentioned in https://github.com/UAlbertaALTLab/crk-db/issues/122#issuecomment-2214708662 solves the issue and generates distance measures that restore the previous prefix and postfix entries in results. Closing as (indirectly) fixed.
