Add plots to soil tab #15

Would include 6 boxplots showing monthly summaries of soil variables at two depths. All plots would have aes(x = month, color = site, linetype = basin) (or maybe fill for basin).

  1. Soil moisture (10cm)
  2. Soil moisture (55cm)
  3. soil temp (10cm)
  4. soil temp (55cm)
  5. matric potential (10cm)
  6. matric potential (55cm)

Note that there is only data for matric potential at two sites.

It might be better for the two depths to be facets and not entirely separate plots/cards. Test this out.
