create app.R and app.qmd to compare #5

app.R and app.Qmd create roughly the same example dashboard. Running app.Qmd requires the pre-release version of Quarto: https://quarto.org/docs/dashboards/

I'm curious to see which one is easier to understand and which one feels more "comfortable"
